Terms of Service

BAANMA helps renters discover homes and connect with real estate agents through search, listings, and an AI-assisted chat experience. We provide information tools — we are not a broker, landlord, or party to any lease or rental agreement between you and a property owner or agent.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you may not:

• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Harass agents, other users, or BAANMA staff
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

Property listings, photos, pricing, and agent profiles may be supplied by third parties. BAANMA does not guarantee that listing information is current, complete, or available. You should independently verify details before making housing decisions.

Our AI chat feature provides general guidance based on the information available to it. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always confirm important details directly with a licensed agent or property representative.

If you save bookmarks, submit reviews, or otherwise contribute content, you grant BAANMA a non-exclusive license to display and operate that content within the Service. You represent that you have the right to share anything you submit and that your content complies with these Terms.

The BAANMA name, logo, product design, and underlying software are owned by BAANMA or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as permitted by these Terms or with our written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAANMA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAANMA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses risk to users, agents, or the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through your profile settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
